Waterboarding?

I just read where a suicide bomber just detonated 2 bombs in Algiers killing at least 45 people and it suddenly occured to me that they just might pull a page out of our bag of tricks and begin to waterboard people. Leave it to the CIA to show terrorists how to really terrorize!
